1. The Platform

Birthday Club is a coordination and tracking tool for social gift-giving. We provide the "Magic Ledger" to help squads visualize and remember birthdays.

2. Financial Transactions

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Birthday Club does NOT process or hold funds.

All monetary gifts are sent directly between users via third-party platforms (Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, etc.). We are not responsible for transaction failures, disputes, or incorrect payment tags provided by users. Use these services at your own discretion.

3. User Responsibility

By joining a club, you agree to follow the club's specific rules and gift amounts set by the admin. Birthday Club holds no legal liability for interpersonal disputes regarding gifts or attendance.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in harassment, fraud, or spam within the club invite system.
